Over the years 1st Buglawton Scouts have received help and support from many local charitable groups, businesses and other sources.  This enables us to continue providing support to local children by subsidising activities, providing equipment and ensuring that our meeting hall is fit-for-purpose

We would like to thank you ALL for your support.  However large or small, we could not manage without it!

Interested in Becoming a Partner?

We are always on the lookout for ways to partner with local companies, groups or other charities.  These links could could be:

  • Providing us with volunteering opportunities (environmental, community, international, humanitarian)
  • Linking up for joint fundraising activities
  • Promoting our group in local media or newsletters
  • Corporate sponsorship
  • Corporate charity match funding *

* Many UK businesses want to support their employees’ charitable work. These companies will match any donation their employees make to a registered charity. For example if you help run a cake stall and raise £300 then your company will match this figure with a donation directly to our scout group.
